Aromatherapy

The use of essential oils has become popular in modern day, but in fact have been used as far back as the ancient Egyptian times. Aromatherapy uses oils from plants, fruits and flowers, which contain healing properties. These oils use the whole plant rather than just some of the active ingredients which modern day pharmaceuticals use and reproduce. A treatment can be made to apply topically to the skin, edible oils to ingest or blended to inhale from an oil burner or defuser. These oils can also be used in massage, Reiki and Crystal Healing.
